I use 7 chakra quartz crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz to ease your stress and bring balance to your energy centers. 432Hz is known to be mathematically consistent with the universe. 432Hz transmits beneficial healing energy, as it is pure frequency of the math fundamental to nature and the universe. 432Hz frequency can increase the synchronistic activity between the brain hemispheres, which increase intuition, insight, and creativity. 

I work with the spirit guides that present themselves as well as providing and energy/tarot/ oracle card reading of your current energy to arm you with the tools to use for healing/ stress on your own throughout your spiritual journey. Effects from past lives may also be identified for balance and healing through sound. 

Furthermore, reiki energy with crystals may also be utilized for a more full body sensory experience.
